HIRING IMMEDIATELY
For a "FRAMING Carpenter and HANDYMAN Combination" needed on my off grid Williams property and my off grid acre ranch south of the Grand Canyon. There are two properties!
MUST Have "PROVEN" Experience in:
-"FRAMING" Carpentry
& Mechanical Experience(Sm and Lg Engine Repair)
These are a Plus
-Your own Tools
-Solar / Electrical
-Arc Welding (I have a personal arc welder)
-Rain Catchment / Plumbing
-Class A RV Repair
We're offering a full time position for approx 4-6 weeks
MUST HAVE:
-Your Own WORKING Cell Phone (Verizon is the best out here)
-Your OWN vehicle. The properties are down unmaintained dirt roads. A car can make it if you know how to drive off road!
YOU MUST:
-Take Pride in Your Work
-Pay Attention to Details!
MUST" Pass a background test (no theft, heavy drugs, or violence (if over 10 years old might be accepted))
MUST BE:
-Trustworthy, dependable, and honest
-A team player and able to work independently
-In VERY good physical condition
We are at 6200' elevation. Right now the average temperatures are in the 70's in the daytime, and 40's at night. If you want to get a better idea of the current weather conditions, check out Williams and Valle, AZ. weather conditions, although we are 200' higher than Valle.
The National Forest is not to far from us where you can camp for free if you'd like.
We do rent out camping spots onsite if you would prefer. Camping spots are $56 a week. Paid in advance. We only allow a Limited number of pets at our camping spots (limited total on property), so if you have one please inquire as to an opening for more
